Refund policy

Fix

• If your domain doesn't pass our re-check within 30 days of your purchase, we refund the fix in full. Just reply to any of our emails.

Monitoring

• Cancel anytime. Monitoring runs until the end of the month you paid for; there are no refunds for partial months.

Fix + Monitoring

• The fix is covered as above, and monitoring can be cancelled anytime, including during the free first month (then you pay nothing for it).
